1. Logistics Partner & Coverage

IronHawk IT Solutions partners with Delhivery Express for fast, insured logistics covering over 19,000+ PIN codes across India. Every parcel includes automated AWB barcode tracking and end-to-end milestone updates.

2. Dispatch & Estimated Delivery Times

•Components, Laptops & Gear: Dispatched within 24 – 48 Hours. Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are processed and manifested with the carrier on the same day.

•Custom Assembled PC Builds: Dispatched within 48 – 72 Hours. Custom rigs undergo assembly, cable routing, BIOS flashing, and 24-hour thermal & benchmark burn-in testing prior to dispatch.

Estimated Pan-India Transit Timelines:

•Hyderabad / Telangana (Local): 1 – 2 Business Days

•Tier 1 Metro Cities (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Chennai, Kolkata): 2 – 4 Business Days

•Tier 2 & 3 Cities (Rest of India): 4 – 7 Business Days

3. Secure Protective Packaging & Transit Insurance

High-value electronics require superior packaging. We employ multi-tier defense:

•Internal Custom Foam: Pre-built PCs feature expandable InstaPak foam inside the chassis to immobilize graphics cards and CPU air coolers during transport.

•Anti-Static Sealed: Delicate PCBs, RAM, and SSDs are sealed in anti-static ESD bags.

•Heavy-Duty Double Cartons: Sealed with tamper-evident security tape. If the tape is broken or tampered upon arrival, please do not accept the package and notify us immediately.

4. Real-Time Order & Shipment Tracking

Once your shipment is manifested, you will receive an SMS and email notification containing your Delhivery Tracking Number (AWB). You can track live updates anytime using our Track Order Page at /track.

5. Shipping Charges & Payment Limits

We offer Free Express Shipping across all prepaid orders throughout India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (available for orders up to ₹40,000), standard courier handling is included with zero hidden freight fees. Orders exceeding ₹40,000 require prepaid online payment.
