1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ironhawkitsolutions.com or placing an order for components, laptops, desktops, or custom PC builds, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or purchase through this website.

2. Products, Pricing & GST

•All product prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of standard 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly indicated otherwise.

•A valid GST Tax Invoice with HSN codes and serial numbers is issued for every confirmed purchase.

•While we strive to ensure accurate pricing and inventory, technical or typographical pricing errors may occasionally occur. IronHawk reserves the right to cancel orders arising from such pricing errors before dispatch, with a full refund.

3. Custom PC Configurations & Component Compatibility

When using our Custom PC Builder, component selections are validated for physical and electrical compatibility. Each pre-built system undergoes rigorous 24-hour hardware stress testing, thermal validation, and BIOS firmware optimization before packaging. Once a custom build has entered the assembly phase, changes to individual components are not permitted without prior authorization.

4. Payment & Order Confirmation

Online orders are processed via Razorpay (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, EMI). Orders are confirmed upon successful authorization. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to ₹40,000 subject to address verification. Orders exceeding ₹40,000 require secure online payment. IronHawk reserves the right to cancel suspicious or unverified COD orders.

5. Warranty & Liability Limitations

•All hardware components sold are brand-new, genuine products covered under direct brand manufacturer warranty across India (e.g. AMD, Intel, ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte, Samsung, Corsair).

•Warranty claims for individual components can be made at authorized brand service centers using the IronHawk tax invoice.

•Physical damage, liquid ingress, electrical surges/lightning, overclocking damage, or tampered warranty seals void all manufacturer and store warranties.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
